Association governance
Clear responsibilities and institutional working
The statutes define the association’s bodies and responsibilities. Governance distributes roles, coordinates bodies and oversees programmes and administrative and financial management.
National general assembly
The highest decision-making body considers directions and reports and decides matters under the powers, meeting and voting rules set out in the statutes.
Founding council
The statutes define its membership and role, following the national general assembly in the order of bodies. It supports strategic follow-up, implementation and coordination within its responsibilities.
National executive board and presidency
The board manages association affairs and follows programmes and relationships. The president coordinates and represents the association under the statutes, with administrative, financial and other duties distributed within the board.
Services, committees and branches
The statutes allow their creation under defined rules. Only structures actually established with approved information are presented, explaining their responsibilities and scope.
Officers and founding members
Approved names and roles appear in the directory below. Founding and institutional status are distinct from professional membership levels and accreditation.
