Awareness close to individuals and families

Through awareness, prevention and community initiatives, we support psychological wellbeing and family relationships. We offer accessible knowledge that respects people’s experience and distinguishes general guidance from the need for specialist help.

Areas of interest

Family relationships: communication, marital challenges, family roles and parenting.

Children and adolescents: psychological and educational needs, encouraging cooperation between family, school and professionals.

Prevention and reducing stigma: responsible dialogue about psychological wellbeing and seeking help.

Vulnerability and crises: initial support and referral initiatives with competent organisations, according to available resources and announced programmes.

How to take part

Find initiatives open to the public in the activities section. For programme information or initial guidance, contact the association; we will explain the available service and how to access it.

Each initiative states its dates, fees or free access, and eligible audiences. Membership does not automatically provide therapy sessions or individual services.
