About us
A professional and human framework for psychological wellbeing
ANTHEC is an independent Moroccan association with scientific, professional and humanitarian aims. Its statutes state that it was founded on 20 March 2025. Its head office is in Agdal, Rabat.
The association connects quality professional practice with community needs. Its areas include psychotherapy, family therapy, family counselling and mediation, coaching, training, research and related support and rehabilitation fields, respecting the qualifications and boundaries of each speciality.
Why was the association founded?
We seek a space where practitioners can pursue continuing learning, ethics and cooperation while making psychological awareness accessible to individuals and families. The association aims to reduce stigma, encourage appropriate help-seeking and support initiatives suited to Moroccan society.
How we work
Interdisciplinary exchange, training, scientific discussion, field initiatives and partnerships support our goals. We value clear roles, beneficiaries’ dignity and a connection between competence and accountability.
A national identity open to cooperation
The statutes provide for branches and centres and cooperation within Morocco and abroad. Structures, partnerships and programmes that are actually approved are announced through official channels.
